| Role: UI/UX Architect Location: Dallas, TX or Alpharetta, GA Remote: No- Onsite Exp: 10+ JD: Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user interfaces and user experiences for Salesforce applications. This role requires a deep understanding of designing for complex business applications, as well as expertise in UI/UX design principles and best practices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality user experiences that meet business objectives. Must have UI/ UX design and architectural experience on Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into user interface designs. Help promote design language consistency by utilizing the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) to create responsive and visually appealing Figma wireframes for desktops and tablets. Implement best practices for accessibility and usability to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve upon designs. Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in UI/UX design, as well as Salesforce platform updates and releases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts, to deliver integrated solutions that meet project objectives and timelines. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present designs, solicit feedback, and drive consensus on design decisions. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a design related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in UI/UX design. Worked for at least the last 5 yrs as an architect. Familiarity with HTML and CSS. Experience working in tools like Figma, Adobe Suite. Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning Component Framework preferred. Solid understanding of UX design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and usability testing techniques. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
