| This is Only for Local H1B/H4/L2 Visa Please mention Visa status and Current location while sharing resume Job Title: Network L3 Engineer Location: Charlott, NC / NYC / St. Louise, MO (Hybrid- 3 days/week to office) Type: : Long Term Contract Day 1 skills: Determine WAF needs, submit WAF @works and coordinate implementation. Create load balancing designs, submit, and coordinate implementation of load balancing requests. Determine connectivity needs for segregated networks (FWAM, ISZ, Extranet, Proxies), troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues, firewall requests, and coordinate implementation of firewall updates. Create DNS design, submit DNS requests and coordinate implementation of DNS changes. Determine VLAN needs, high-level routing requirements, and general network coordination. Create and maintain key infrastructure artifacts and standard templates (application component diagrams (ACDs), load balancing requests). Assist with problem identification & resolution Participate in Root Cause Analysis Assist with Preventative Action identification and implementation Ensuring Remediation of expiring Certificates using legacy manual process w/in Middleware Engineering. Monitoring/trending analysis currently exists for legacy Brokerage Windows apps, Crown Jewel applications and select others. Skills to build: Technical liaison for vendor applications. SME for vendor file transfers Connectivity SME for application hosting in private & public cloud both in current, future and public data centers.. Understand and utilize Web Application Firewall (WAF) requirements for PAA and public cloud hosting. Understand and utilize load balancing offerings in current and future cloud environments Understand and support network segmentation needs in current and future datacenters and cloud spaces for app hosting. Understand and support current and future batch/file transfer solutions in all environments. Enable vendor connectivity to WF applications in public cloud environments Serve as overall infrastructure SME for planned BCP exercises assist with planning, enterprise infrastructure engagement, vendor coordination, and event execution.
