Job Description: We are seeking a Collibra Data Quality (DQ) Expert to lead and optimize our Collibra instance, specifically addressing current automation and execution challenges. The role involves upgrading the existing Collibra environment, enhancing data quality configurations, and leveraging machine learning features to improve operational efficiencies. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to support data governance and drive data quality initiatives. Current State of Collibra: Running for 2 years with current issues in execution and automation. Challenges with viewing capabilities and effective automation, including machine learning. Key Responsibilities: Configure and optimize Collibra DQ settings to enhance data quality processes. Execute data profiling tasks using a DataProc cluster for efficient data processing. Lead the upgrade of the current Collibra instance to address automation and execution issues. Leverage Collibra's automation features, including machine learning, to improve efficiency. Drive governance and quality initiatives by utilizing in-depth Collibra product knowledge. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Collibra DQ solutions and support data governance. Write and optimize code in Python/PySpark to streamline data processing and integration. Qualifications: Demonstrated experience with Collibra Data Quality configuration and upgrade processes. Familiarity with Google Cloud services, particularly DataProc and Composer. Strong coding skills in Python and PySpark. Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices. Understanding of machine learning capabilities within Collibra. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proven track record of driving projects to completion.
