Note: Candidate must be available onsite for F2F interview Required Skills - Java8 Spring Boot Containers HTTP/REST Test Framework Job Duties - * Be an active participant in all scrum ceremonies and lead in the delivery of the strategic roadmap. * Help define project scope & specifications, and estimate resources required to develop the proposed solution. * Ensure that specifications and requirements are clearly articulated to the development teams and monitor timelines & progress. * Propose technical solutions. * Delivery of well-designed, high-quality, fully functional, properly tested features, fixes, and enhancements. * Responsible for the full application development lifecycle and support. * Define and document best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance. * Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting these for architectural review. * Troubleshooting and debugging to optimize performance. * Provide subject matter expertise and direction, guidance, and support on complex engagements. Job Requirements - 7+ years of engineering 6+ years experience with Java8 4+ years experience with Spring Boot 3+ years experience with Containers (Docker and orchestration, ie: Kubernetes or EKS or Redhat) Strong understanding of HTTP/REST and OpenAPI docs Experienced with at least one testing framework (jbehave, cucumber, selenium, junit) is required Experienced with Agile/Scrum methodologies (backlog refinement, standups, retrospective) -- Keywords: information technology Washington Java Engineer | Seattle, WA (Onsite)| Locals Only| F2F interview [email protected] |
