From: dhamodharan, smartitframe [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi All Job Title: Microsoft Teams L3 Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid) Contract Job Description/ Responsibilities MS teams L3Microsoft Teams (Enterprise Voice and Direct Routing) Microsoft Office 365 administration PowerShell Microsoft Teams Apps/ App Integration and M365 API Integration Microsoft Active Directory / Microsoft Azure / Group Policy / O365 Groups SIP, SIP Trunking, Session Border Controllers such as Oracle, Ribbon, Cisco, and Audiocodes SBCaaS Technologies and Services CQD/Wireshark/NetMon VoIP, Dial plans, Policy, E911, CAC IP Phones, Poly and Jabra Headsets and Audio/Video conferencing QoS, Firewalls, NAT, Load Balancing, SSL Contact Center Technologies such as Five9, AWS, and NICE Voice Network Carrier Technologies such as Operator Connect Key Responsibilities: Administer cloud service tenants and on-premise collaboration infrastructure and components. Design and implement voice solutions within Microsoft Teams, including Direct Routing, Call Plans, and Phone System capabilities. Manage and configure Session Border Controllers (SBCs) for secure and efficient VoIP communication. Oversee the SBC configurations to ensure interoperability with PSTN and SIP Trunking services. Lead research efforts to multi-service technical issues and provide senior-level troubleshooting of multiple layers of client, network, server, and service technology. Troubleshoot SBC to SBC interoperability and understand codec differences. Administer and manage the overall Microsoft Teams environment, including user access, security policies, and feature rollouts. Monitor and optimize system efficiency and reliability, drive proactive and self-service support, and automate regular updates and maintenance tasks. Develop and enforce governance policies for Teams and enterprise voice usage to ensure compliance with organizational standards. Lead cross-departmental collaboration efforts to align voice strategies with broader business objectives. Provide a leadership role to both L1 and L2 support staff and mentor and teach Team members the new technologies and changes to new and existing services. Demonstrate strategic thinking by proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and system optimization. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear and concise updates on project status and technical issues. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the Teams administration team. Monitor SBC performance and conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal operation and security. Manage and maintain devices certified for Microsoft Teams, ensuring high-quality audio/video conferencing experiences. Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand requirements and deliver voice solutions that meet or exceed expectations. Monitor and troubleshoot voice quality issues, including those related to SBCs, providing timely and effective resolutions. Stay abreast of the latest Microsoft Teams voice features and updates and incorporate best practices into The Hartfords UC environment. Provide training and documentation to end-users and staff to promote the effective use of enterprise voice features, including SBC management. Work with collaboration service suppliers and vendors to ensure stability of collaboration services. Identify ways to improve employee experience via proactive support channels. Utilize scripting languages to execute changes to new and existing cloud services, run reports, and query systems. Engineer new service management integrations into new and existing collaboration services and technologies.
