Rate: $55/hr on C2C Role: Jr. Project Manager with PowerPoint (16898-1) Location: Remote (EST/CST candidates only) Duration: 12+ Months Requirements: 2+ years work experience in healthcare (e.g. Biotech, Pharma, Medical Equipment, etc.) Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or AGILE/SCRUM certification. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare and present reports for senior management and steering committees regarding the status and health of the project(s). The successful candidate will work directly with Division-level, and in some cases Group level management to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments (e.g. Shared Services functions) to ensure all aspects of each project are aligned to the appropriate functional strategy. 5+ years of experience in Information Technology in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry, or in a related area. Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and self-starting mindset is expected. Reports directly to either an IT Program Manager, or the IT Pharma Director depending on size and complexity of the project(s) being managed. T The PM augments project work to enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add and strengthen the value delivered by the IT Pharma 4.0 Program. Proven working experience in project management. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
