Job Description: Mandatory Qualification: "Three (3) Years Experience and advanced-level skill in data conversion activities. Performed system development and/or upgrade for at least two (2) solution implementation projects at government organizations. Minimum education and certification requirements for proposed resource: Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience as stated above. Minimum five (5) years: Professional full-time work experience with direct hands-on software development in a senior technical role using the following technologies: .NET Framework MVC, .NET Core, C#, Restful APIs, React.js, JavaScript, jQuery,HTML5/CSS, JSON/XML, and related tools and environments. Minimum Five (5) Years Experience and advanced level skills with Entity Framework Core and SQL skills using SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL databases. Minimum Five (5) Years Experience with Authentication and Authorization concepts using OIDC, OAuth2 protocols, and/or SSO products such as OKTA. Minimum Five (5) years Experience developing cloud-first software applications/platforms using Amazon Web Services (AWS). Minimum Five (5) years Experience with CI/CD using AWS, Azure, or TFS. Three (3) Years Experience facilitating joint application design (JAD) and/or collaborative design sessions. Performed development of two (2) web applications as part of a solution. Three (3) Years: Experience using Git with GitHub, TFS, or other repositories. Three (3) Years Experience designing and developing web-based user interfaces for collecting and managing data requiring user authentication. Two (2) Years Experience with current .NET architectural/development best practices and design patterns. "One (1) Year Experience complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 for public facing webpages. Three (3) Years Experience writing technical documentation, Data Dictionaries, and user guides. Three (3) Years Experience implementing AWS services.
