Position: SAP Product Segmentation Lead (SAP OTC and S4 HANA) Locations: Tampa, FL 33607 Duration: Contract Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP OTC (Order to Cash) Jurisdiction Control Consultant to oversee the product distribution process, ensuring compliance with jurisdictional requirements for material approval based on country and region. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of product distribution operations and ensuring that all materials are compliant with local regulations and approved for distribution. Key Responsibilities: Jurisdictional Compliance: o Ensure that all materials align with jurisdictional requirements for product approval in various countries and regions. o Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of jurisdiction-specific regulations and product approvals. SAP Configuration and Optimization: o Configure SAP OTC processes to incorporate jurisdictional controls, ensuring accurate and compliant product distribution. o Collaborate with IT teams to implement updates and enhancements to SAP modules related to order processing and product distribution. Process Oversight: o Monitor and validate the flow of products through the distribution process, ensuring compliance with jurisdictional controls. o Conduct regular audits of product data to confirm that all materials meet local regulatory standards before distribution. Data Analysis and Reporting: o Analyze order data to identify potential compliance issues and implement corrective actions as necessary. o Generate reports to provide visibility into jurisdictional compliance status, product distribution metrics, and areas for improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: o Work closely with Supply Chain, Compliance, Legal, and Sales teams to ensure alignment on jurisdictional control strategies. o Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate relevant teams on jurisdictional compliance requirements and best practices. Continuous Improvement: o Identify opportunities to streamline processes related to jurisdictional control in product distribution. o Stay current on regulatory changes and SAP advancements to enhance compliance and operational efficiency. Qualifications: Experience: o Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in SAP OTC processes, product distribution, or regulatory compliance. o Proven experience in managing jurisdictional compliance in a global distribution environment. Technical Skills: o Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and SAP OTC modules, with a strong understanding of jurisdictional control mechanisms. o Familiarity with compliance regulations across different regions and countries. Soft Skills: o Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels. o Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
