Develop and implement automated workflows and interactions within SAP Emarsys Cloud to enhance customer engagement and streamline operations Utilize SAP Emarsys Cloud APIs and extensions to customize and extend the platforms capabilities according to business needs. Monitor and optimize the performance of SAP Emarsys Cloud integrations to ensure high availability and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP Emarsys Cloud solutions with business objectives and marketing strategies. Provide training and support to internal teams on the effective use of SAP Emarsys Cloud features and functionalities. Conduct regular audits and assessments of SAP Emarsys Cloud configurations to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP Emarsys Cloud technologies and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
