Position: Programmer/Developer Customer: State of TN - TN F&A STS Location: Nashville, TN 37243 (Hybrid - Candidate must be within 50 miles) Duration: 7 Months plus (7.5 Hours Per Day). Work Schedule: Mon - Fri with occasional weekend coverage (work over 37.5 hours in a week may be approved and necessary) Skills Matrix: Experience with Python scripting for data manipulation and processing. SQL Expertise: Strong skills in SQL query optimization and backend data preparation for integration with frontend tools like Tableau and Power BI. Experience as an SQL Developer Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools and practices. Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes; knowledge of Informatica is a plus. Proficient in using GCP services, particularly BigQuery and Dataflow. BigQuery/SQL Developer Job Description: This role is in support of the State of TN's TN DATA platform that utilizes multiple use case related to Education, Higher Education, Children Services, Human Services data, etc. following the complete data lifecycle of ingestion, cleaning, ensuring data quality to the presentation layer.
