Position Title(s): Cybersecurity Architect Location: Remote must be working in CST Time zone Duration: Long term project Job Details: Perform architecture design and engineering for the Security Environment, including log monitoring, threat intelligence, anti-virus, encryption, and web intrusion prevention. Utilize software and tools to monitor, scan, test, and repair the security of the infrastructure. Conduct lifecycle engineering of security infrastructure, equipment, and software connected with the application security infrastructure. Architect, design, and engineer a comprehensive security program that aligns with industry best practices and threat levels, including implementation and maintenance of security and threat management tools across the IT environment. Provide design and engineering services for identity and access management (IAM) programs. Architect and design capacity planning/analysis to meet company requirements. Develop, document, and maintain security policies to uphold the integrity of security services. Engineer Security Services, including anti-virus, anti-malware, data leak prevention (DLP), web filtering, spam prevention, host-based firewalls, and cloud security products. Create controls for security assessments, audits, and internal control testing. Develop information classification parameters within the CMDB in accordance with company security strategies. Formulate action plans and escalation procedures for potential or real security breaches. Design Security Infrastructure and cloud security products. Manage the introduction of new Security Infrastructure into the IT environment. Provide guidance in the development and implementation of security policies. Design integration of email filtering solutions with Company LDAP/Active Directory for user authentication. Propose service levels and draft policy statements. Establish Supplier ISMS standards to manage security risks and enhance information security. Create a process for quality assurance tests of security processes and incident response functions. Maintain all security documentation related to the enterprise security architecture for equipment, software, and networks. Support compliance teams in identifying solutions to meet compliance requirements. Develop reporting for audit, compliance, and board-level meetings as directed by IT leadership.
