Evaluate and draw conclusions from data related to customer behaviour. Consult with the executive team and the IT department on the newest technology and its implications in the industry Desired Qualification Good in SQL Financial Analytics Strong in Data Analysis and creating Intelligence from Exposure to Customer/Patient Management services in Pharma industry (Good to have). Excellent documentation skills. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. A track record of following through on commitments. Require experience with Power BI. Good in SQL Strong in Data Analysis and creating Intelligence from Exposure to Customer/Patient Management services in Pharma industry (Good to have). Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
