| From: Vijay, 3ktechnologies [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: ERP Workday Finance & SCM Consultant Here is the JD for a onshore position for Workday(SCM and Finance) Highly experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance our Finance and Supply Chain capabilities, along with other Mission Critical Programs (MPPs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure that business needs are met through effective IT solutions. This role will focus on driving continuous improvement, implementing new technologies, and supporting strategic initiatives within the Finance and Supply Chain domains. Business Requirements Gathering: Work with cross-functional teams Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and external vendors) to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for technology solutions. Ensure alignment with business goals and strategies. Solution Design: Collaborate with IT architects, developers, and business leaders to design solutions that enhance Finance and Supply Chain processes, ensuring that they are scalable, efficient, and cost-effective. Process Optimization: Evaluate current business processes in Supply Chain and Finance, identifying opportunities for improvement through the use of technology, and driving the implementation of best practices. Project Management: Lead or participate in key projects related to Finance and Supply Chain capabilities. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business requirements. Change Management: Support change management initiatives by communicating system changes and process improvements to relevant stakeholders, providing necessary training, and offering ongoing support. Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors to ensure the technical solutions meet business needs and contractual obligations. Manage vendor relationships for system upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution. System Implementation & Support: Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of new systems and enhancements within Finance and Supply Chain functions. Provide proper documentation is maintained. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and IT teams. Ensure that business needs are clearly understood, and that IT delivers appropriate solutions. Data Analysis & Reporting: Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain teams to analyze data trends, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making. Compliance & Governance: Ensure that all IT solutions adhere to corporate compliance standards, including financials and data governance policies, cybersecurity protocols, and regulatory requirements. Support for Mission Critical Programs (MPPs): Engage with stakeholders on other key mission-critical programs beyond Finance and Supply Chain, supporting them with relevant IT solutions as needed. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Finance and Supply Chain systems. Proven experience in implementing and supporting ERP systems( Workday) within the Finance and Supply Chain domains. Strong understanding of processes in Finance (financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger) and Supply Chain (procurement, inventory management, logistics). Experience with process mapping, data analysis, and change management. Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong project management skills, with experience in managing large-scale IT projects. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
