Job Description: Due to the approval of the revised SSP regulations, the SSP program is looking to allow for a self-service portal that will allow recipients to validate and review their program information within the new 10-day reporting requirements. In addition to meeting these regulatory requirements, the changes will help reduce a large percentage of the interaction with the call center and program staff by allowing SSP recipients to access their SSP payment and benefit information in a self-service manner. This will increase program efficiency and improve customer service as well as the accuracy of recipient payment Qualifications Tester - Conducts automated and manual tests to ensure that the software created/upgraded performs as necessary and meets the user requirements. Experience must include creating test plans, test schedules, test reports, and creating test strategies 84 months of experience planning, designing, developing and executing batch process and Restful APIs tests using Soap UI, XML and JSON 84 months of experience coordinating, tracking, and analyzing testing activities working directly with business analysts, business and technical subject matter experts. Experience must include use of a defect management tools to identify, document, track and communicate problems to technical staff. 84 Months of experience in Microsoft Test Manager creating test plans 84 Months of experience in SQL/PLSQL scripting 84 Months of experience in agile scrum/ Kanban methodology 84 Months of experience in Azure DevOps Bug management and reporting 24 Months of experience in gathering and documenting business requirements 24 Months of experience in writing and executing automated testing scripts Day-to-Day tasks Review requirements and develop comprehensive test plans to validate that implementation meets the clients needs Assist in testing of SSP Self Service solution Testing Web Interfaces Testing Batch processes using Soap UI Create / Execute automated regression test scripts as required. Automated Testing Tool experience (Microsoft Test Manager) SQL experience to query results and build data sets for testing Create load / stress testing scripts as required Analyze test results and report issues/bugs.
