Role: DevOps Program Coordinator Work Location: Minneapolis, MN JOB DESCRIPTION: Looking out for 8-12 years experience in IT industry with experience in Azure DevOps (ADO). The expert is expected to technically lead a DevOps team spread across the globe to ADO navigation, pipeline & repositories, setting up databricks workspaces and managing Azure resources as per Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles Ability to lead a team of engineers in ADO navigation, pipeline & repositories. Technical coordinator to work as single point of contact (SPOC) for the delivery of teams spread across the globe Provide technical leadership and support to DevOps teams working on data bricks & IaC Technical Documentation/ Writing: Proficiency in technical writing, including creating and maintaining documentation such as README.md files, ADO Wiki entries, and Confluence pages to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration. Technical Analysis: Strong analytical and investigative skills to assess pipeline configurations, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements. Maintain influential relationships with various streams of the development including Development teams, Project Managers, Test Team, IT system teams. 8-12 years of proven experiencing in Azure DevOps with at least 3+ years of working experience in medical devices Terraform experience deploying Azure Databricks workspaces and resources Azure Databricks experience setting up workspaces from scratch (leveraging the existing production setup as a reference) Terraform experience writing centralized modules and documentation. Azure DevOps (ADO): Proficiency in navigating and understanding ADO pipelines and repositories. Scripting Languages: A Working understanding of scripting languages such as PowerShell/ Bash and Python for review, automation and modification of pipelines. Deployment Templating: Expertise in YAML for examining and further defining deployment pipelines. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency in IaC principles and tools including ARM Templates, Bicep, and Terraform for managing and provisioning Azure resources. Version Control: Strong understanding of Git version control system for effective collaboration and versioning of pipeline configurations. Cloud Experience: o Foundational knowledge of cloud computing concepts, particularly within the Azure environment. o Ability to discern and understand cloud resource types referenced within pipeline templates/scripts and how to locate the corresponding resource directly in Azure Portal. Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and end-users, conveying technical concepts clearly and concisely.
