Prepare funds transfers and monitor federal funding reimbursements for eligible IT purchases. Review IT purchase requests and monitor the daily activity related to operating and capital expenses. Participate in the monthly reconciliation of TxDOTs IT budget, encumbrances, and expenses. Minimum Yrs of Experience, Skills, and Qualifications: 5+ Financial analyses such as cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build, etc. 5+ Analyzing Financial Management Systems / Processes 5+ Budgeting methods and procedures 5+ Communicating and maintaining effective working relationships with others 5+ Preparing and maintaining confidential and sensitive records, files, and reports Preferred Skills and Qualifications: +5 years Microsoft Office productivity tools (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams) - Experience with Power BI, Python, Tableau or other data analytics and data visualization tools Thanks, and regards.
