JOB TITLE- UX Designer JOB LOCATION- New York, NY (In Person Interview) WORK AUTHORIZATION- NON-SPONSORED The Hiring Manager DOES NOT WANT candidates with any more than 10 years experience which hes indicated is completely unnecessary. Hes looking for UX Designer (with 10 or less years experience) that is hands-on doing the project delivery (and not managing teams). A mid-level UX Designer who can go to office onsite 3 days a week. This candidate will be required to conduct an in-person interview (there will be no video call prior with client) so a local based candidate will pretty much be required. Also, the Hiring Manager is requiring potential candidate provides a Portfolio upfront and then they would conduct interview. REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Must have recent experience across the end-to-end product design cycle, including user research, journey maps, wireframes, through to delivery of final designs. You will develop the strategy for kicking-off new work and establish priorities for deliverables alongside partners in design, business, and technology. An outstanding digital product portfolio that demonstrates how you have created experiences that solved business and end user needs 5+ years of UX Design experience as a key contributor to the success of products that have launched Mastery of strategic, hard, and soft UX skills Bachelor's degree in design or related field Fluency in Figma or equivalent. Thrive in a collaborative, explorative environment and value being on a diverse team that you can bounce ideas off, get critical feedback from, and unite to mature design thinking in a large organization.
