Work with all stakeholders being impacted by business system and/or business process changes; where applicable; to ensure all changes are managed back into the business in a way that minimizes impact to the customer. Determines specific business application software requirements to address complex business needs. Understand current system and work with business on laying out requirements Participates in developing and/or modifying requirements, business design specifications, analyze the mainframe code and document the programming logic. Research and documents business issues. Develops project plans and identifies and coordinates resources, involving those outside the unit. Works with programming staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing. Acts as a resource to users of the software to address questions/issues.
