This role requires a strong understanding of ASO and BSO cubes, cloud data management, and various Oracle EPM tools. Key Responsibilities: Implementation and Technical Solutions: Lead end-to-end implementation of EPBCS and PBCS solutions. Provide technical solutions aligned with business requirements. Cube Management: Work with ASO and BSO cubes to optimize performance and functionality. Cloud Data Management: Manage cloud data integration using FDMEE, ensuring efficient data flows. Tool Proficiency: Utilize SmartView, EPM Automate, Groovy scripting, and REST API for reporting and automation tasks. Agile Methodologies: Apply Agile concepts and tools (e.g., Jira) for sprint planning and user story development. Analytical Skills: Analyze business needs and deliver insightful technical solutions. Client Interaction: Maintain strong communication skills for effective client handling and change management. Automation: Implement automation tools and scripts (e.g., VB scripting, Windows Batch scripts) to enhance processes. Independent Work: Work autonomously with minimal supervision, demonstrating significant independent judgment. Competencies: Digital Proficiency: Expertise in SaaS EPM and Oracle Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud (EPBCS). Analytical Knowledge: Strong analytical skills to interpret and act on business data. Change Management: Experience in managing changes and client expectations effectively. Experience: 10+ years in relevant fields, with significant hands-on experience in EPBCS and PBCS. Essential Skills: Deep understanding of ASO and BSO cubes. Proficiency in cloud data management and FDMEE. Experience with financial reporting tools and automation. Desirable Skills: Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies. Excellent communication and client relationship management skills. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in technology delivery.
