Secondary skills in coordinating work across team members and removing technical barriers to keep work moving forward. Possess technical depth and breadth across emerging trends and methodologies in data analytics, data engineering, and data management domains. Ability to lead a global, technical staff of internal resources and strategic partners. Build a high performing team through effective coaching and performance/talent management processes. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Waterfall) including project plans, resource plan, risk/issue management, and business value realization. Responsible for managing the interactions between researchers, clinical and executive leaders, and team members delivering data and analytics to improve decision-making. Organizes, set priorities, assigns work, tracks progress, ensure process is followed for conversion of ETL related to Oracle-to-SQL Server. Experience with Epic (Clarity/Caboodle/RWB) preferred.
