Need strong Informatica and SSIS Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SSIS/ETL Developer with strong experience in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and data integration, with expertise in Informatica being a key requirement. This individual will be responsible for building and managing data integration processes, supporting the broker and commissions payment platform within our payer organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, excellent communication skills, and a focus on data accuracy and system performance optimization. Responsibilities: Build and manage data integration processes using SSIS and Informatica for ETL purposes. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across the broker and commissions payment platform. Write and optimize complex SQL queries, and refactor existing code for performance improvements. Troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues within the platform and related systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, QA, DevOps) to understand data-related requirements. Document ETL processes thoroughly to ensure clarity and continuity across teams. Optimize and refactor existing ETL processes to improve performance and scalability. Work with job scheduling tools like Automic and Autosys, as needed. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in data integration and payment processing. Participate in code reviews, test, and debug ETL processes to maintain high software quality. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers on the team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience working with SSIS (ETL processes, integration with SQL Server). Expertise in Informatica is required. Strong understanding of SQL databases (queries, optimization, stored procedures) and the ability to write and optimize complex SQL code. Strong documentation skills to ensure clear communication of ETL processes and code. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with job scheduling tools like Automic and Autosys is a plus, though not required. Knowledge of broker/commissions payment systems within healthcare or payer organizations. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Experience in developing and supporting payment or financial processing systems.
