This contract-to-hire role provides an opportunity to join a dynamic team and offers growth into a fully remote position after a proven track record. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional scrum teams to design, develop, and enhance test automation, ensuring product quality and efficient delivery. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automation tests using C# for client-server applications. Collaborate closely with scrum teams and product owners to identify test cases for automation. Report and coordinate test failures, communicating progress, metrics, and results with key stakeholders. Continuously improve test automation processes, frameworks, and overall testing quality to meet evolving project needs. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in a QA automation role within an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban). Strong object-oriented programming skills in C#, utilizing Visual Studio IDE. Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., WinAppDriver, TestStack White, Selenium). Proficiency in SQL Server (complex joins, inserts, updates). Knowledge of test case and build management tools, preferably TFS. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or TFVS. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction across teams and with management. Preferred Skills: Experience with automated testing for client-server applications. Knowledge in API testing. Strong problem-solving abilities and a mindset to develop creative, innovative solutions.
