Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or 10+ years of related IT experience 5+ years of IT support team management experience 5+ years in AWS/Azure cloud management, O365, PowerShell, and data center systems 5+ years experience in NOC Support, ITaaS, Cloud and Managed Services Experience Any additional experience in Incident Management/Policy Development, Server Support/Hardware, Disaster Recovery, Risk Mitigation, Cybersecurity Responsibilities: Proven experience in building and managing both onsite and virtual technical support teams. Strong sense of urgency on all client events and ability to meet F-T-F with customer(s) on regular basis Ensure the efficient utilization of technical resources. Ensure change management practices conform to clients organization standards Display exceptional written and in-person communications. Experience in IT infrastructure planning, development, implementation, and support to include Sales Support for RFP responses. Analyze existing operations, team members, and make recommendations/changes to improve and grow with the business.
