| Job Title: UiPath RPA Dev Lead Location: Remote Client Interview Needed for Selection: YesJob Description We are seeking a highly skilled UiPath RPA Dev Lead to drive our robotic process automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with UiPath and a solid understanding of RPA technology. As a technical leader, you will guide the development and implementation of automation solutions, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver efficient and scalable processes.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement automation solutions using the UiPath RPA platform. Provide solution designs to customers during deployment, POCs, and project implementation. Lead project deliverables, both onshore and offshore, ensuring successful outcomes. Create and review business requirements and process definition documents. Collaborate with process owners to define use cases for automating business operations. Ensure that automation projects are delivered on time and within budget while managing client expectations and project risks. Maintain strong technical knowledge of UiPath products, including AI tools, debugging workflows, and managing packages. Support full lifecycle management of RPA solutions, from initiation to handover. Stay current on UiPath RPA Studio concepts, such as variables, arguments, and State Machines in the Re-Framework. Act as a day-to-day lead on multiple client projects, ensuring quality and efficiency in automation delivery.Mandatory Skills UiPath & RPA Expertise: Hands-on experience with UiPath or similar RPA tools. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of APIs, databases (especially Microsoft SQL), and AI/ML concepts. Leadership: Proven experience in leading and planning automation projects, with a demonstrated ability to manage high-stress situations effectively. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with upper management and diverse teams. Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile practices and methodologies. Critical Thinking: Ability to solve complex problems and think critically.Qualifications Extensive experience with UiPath RPA development, including working with Flowcharts, Sequences, and State-Machines. Strong project management skills with flexibility in handling different assignments. Experience in providing technical leadership and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
