They should also have 3+ years of managing teams supporting computing infrastructure and in a customer support role. Experience in a healthcare or hospital setting preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Enterprise and mobility technologies, as well as experience implementing and managing within the ITIL ITSM Framework. Preferred candidates will also have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as deliver clear and concise presentations to varying vendors and IT personel.
