Note- Location: This contract role will be remote- preference to candidates willing to come onsite to Milwaukee area once every couple of months to travel to primary sites in SE Wisconsin We are looking for candidates that have 7+ years of IT experience. They should also have 3+ years of managing teams supporting computing infrastructure and in a customer support role. Experience in a healthcare or hospital setting preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Enterprise and mobility technologies, as well as experience implementing and managing within the ITIL ITSM Framework. Preferred candidates will also have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as deliver clear and concise presentations to varying vendors and IT personel.
