Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area 8 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area. Key Responsibilities: Develop technical requirements based on the needs of business stakeholder to help prioritize work for engineering and design. Partner closely with engineering and system design teams to ensure technical solutions best meet business requirements. Cross-functionally manage projects with technical and non-technical stakeholders. At least 3 years of experience working cross-functionally within a big organization. Strong communication skills. Must be comfortable with both verbal and written communication to various technical and non-technical stakeholders, including Walmart leadership. Prior experience with Agile software development methodology and tools (JIRA, Confluence). Experience as a TPM, Software Developer, or other technical role.
