A comprehensive understanding of UX Design and best practices. Experience designing using either Figma or Moqups. A portfolio of work listed on your resume that showcases your problem-solving process along with finished design work. DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, translating complex research, data, and customer strategies into innovative end-to-end experience design concepts that consider all customer touch points and channels. Ability to lead a large-scale initiative, prioritizing work accordingly and taking ownership of completion. Ability to create overall IA, user stories, workflows, wireframes, clickable prototypes, and final visual designs. Ability to think conceptually and systematically, considering the 'big picture' and designing for scalability while ensuring quality and detail at a granular level. Sharp written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present a rationale for design decisions to senior leadership Experience with HTML and CSS. Understanding of design decisions and its impact on application development. Ability to design vector graphics using Illustrator or similar tools. Thrive in a fast-paced agile environment founded on strong analytical and communication skills.
