They are really a stickler expert Cisco, ICE DNA SDA SME they need engineer network background, does architecture, and lead the architecture team. Direction integration and architect design of the strategy of networking and systems, and plan and recommendation. Not just networking, but planning management, system design and SME in SDA, DNA platforms. Certifications: CCDP Design (Specialty) OR CCNP Routing & Switching (Specialty) OR CCNP Data Center (Specialty) OR CCNP Wireless (Specialty) At least 1 of the following listed, but ideally CCNP Data Center or CCNP Wireless is a good one to have. CCIE (written) is ok as well since its a higher cert doesnt need to be active Years of Experience: 7+ years of experience providing network systems design, implementation, and support in an enterprise-class environment with a complex network architecture.
