Role: Data Migration Architect Location: Dallas / Remote Duration is 6 to 12 months Job description: POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS : NTT Data is looking for a Sr. Data Migration Architect with strong experience in Azure Data Factory (ADF), SQL, ETL tools, data acceptance, and data migration. The primary responsibility of this role would be to do large volume Data Migration from Pega to Power Platform - Dataverse (CDS). THE ROLE Hands-on experience migrating large volumes of data using Azure Data Factory Collaborate and lead data migration activity. Work on the Data Migration component with clients and business analyst whilst responsible for overall data migration component of the implementation Assist with legacy data extraction and scrubbing, & data mapping from legacy to Power Platform Apps and Dataverse (CDS). Import data, sampling and validation, unit testing and error handling Conduct Data Discovery/Requirements sessions and design workshops Participate in source and target system analysis, specification, design and development activities Lead Data User Acceptance sessions Provide fundamental problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying relevant data migration methodologies and best practices with autonomy. REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 8+ years in developing data migration strategies using Azure Data Factory, CSV migration, SQL Server RDBMS, ETL tools Work as part of a team to directly implement or support IT service delivery for an Apps Associates client, primarily working onsite. Participate in the delivery and support of functional and technical solutions and installations. Expertise or exposure in a Data Migration tools across the technical stack of the Platforms i.e. Pega and Power Platform.
