SQS Services is going through a big refresh project - SQS Migration to new tools platform is impacting 80% of its business. SQS Services Team already has enough ongoing projects in hand and do not have cycles to work on the projects migration efforts. We need a contractor to share the workload to focus on the migration for the success of this project and the continuance of the business. Skills required: A minimum of 5 years of experience in information systems application development with a demonstrated concentration of experience in Software Quality Assurance methods, techniques, and tools Hands-on experience with Tosca for Functional test automation, framework based scripting, ability to customize code and test estimation. Experience with PractiTest, ALM QC, Jira or Octane tools for test case writing, test data, test execution & results reporting. Extensive Scripting experience using Modular based scripting and object-oriented methodologies, ability to customize code as per the testing needs for various IT business applications Experience creating Tosca reusable components and able to use components in creating regression test cases. Experience in refactoring and how to keep regression, the test scripts, at functioning level. Experience working in both Waterfall & Agile based environments is required and work as a consultant to Executive branch agencies and other customers, and get the work done by vendors as needed.
