Role: UDX Hospitality BA Work location: PA (Remote) Job Summary: Seeking a Business Analyst with substantial experience in Oracle Hospitality solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality industry practices and a proven ability to bridge business and technical requirements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Experience with Oracle Opera is a plus but not required. Responsibilities: Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement within the Oracle Hospitality ecosystem. Act as the liaison between stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams to translate requirements into technical specifications. Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments to optimize system functionality. Oversee the implementation of Oracle Hospitality solutions. Collaborate on system integrations, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Develop and deliver training materials and support documentation. Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the hospitality sector. Strong familiarity with Oracle Hospitality products (Opera experience is a plus).
