The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of our D365 Commerce System. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development in a dynamic IT support environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365, possess excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: System Configuration and Maintenance: Adding roles to Dynamics 365 D365 Custom configuration and scripting Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations WMS real life experience of working within a warehouse and configuring/operating WMS Strong Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations eComm Fulfilment real life experience of working within an eComm fulfilment (MSD is integrated to a third party eComm provider) Configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
