Functional Core HR ORC Comp Talent Management Payroll Learning SWP Absence FAW Security Advanced Controls BIP Reports HCM Cloud Functional : Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Compensation , Payroll , Recruiting, Talent, Performance, Learning and Training& Time and Labor (OTL) At least 4 to 10 years of HCM domain experience and completed at least 1/2 full life cycle implementations of HCM Cloud projects in these modules like Core HCM, Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Compensation , Payroll , Recruiting, Talent Performance, Learning and Training& Time and Labor (OTL) Should have Production Support Experience in resolving tickets using tools like SNOW, Jira, or Remedy Should be aware of Year end support, applying patches / provide analysis on patches and work closely with users Should have worked on Agile or waterfall methodology in executing daily work Should have expertise in understanding business requirement, create functional specifications, Mapping requirements and perform fit gap analysis Providing Hypercare Support Post Go Live, Providing Application Support /Upgrade Support/ any Enhancement work to deliver to client Should have Team Lead/ Project Lead experience in managing stakeholders and internal team members Should possess excellent communication skills and perform client facing role Should have experience in providing estimation for given work and work with technical team in sharing the requirement Any HCM Cloud certification would be desirable Role :Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant Location : Remote Position Type Contract |Fulltime Job Description HCM Cloud Technical At least 4 to 9 years of HCM domain experience in any of these modules either implementation end to end or production support experience -- Talent, Compensation, Absence Management, ORC, Performance, Benefits, OTL and Payroll Working experience on Oracle Cloud Conversion (HDL, HSDL, Fast formulas), Oracle Reports (BIP/OTBI), Oracle Integrations/Customizations (OICS, VBCS, PCS) on Oracle Fusion application . Must have worked on Production support project or implementation/ enhancements project. Good critical thinking skills and aware of SLAs used ticketing tool like ServiceNow/ Remedy/Jira, etc Good knowledge on Cloud Architecture and Framework. Ability to collaborate with onshore team & client to deliver assigned components Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis, perform end to end system integration testing and functional testing Effective communication and analytical & Problem-solving skills.
