Job Title: Program Manager Location: Brooklyn, NY Job Type: 12 Months Contract and Extendable Need locals to NY/NY Note: Candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Minimum of 12 years of experience managing web projects Demonstrated experience helping drive websites and web features to launch, with attention to detail and quality user experiences. Deep knowledge of agile project management practices, with experience leading sprints in a large organization and proactive planning. Experience pairing with other disciples to launch digital tools and services. Experience setting up project management processes for cross functional teams that have various ways of working Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate and work with leadership, experts and decision makers, cross-functionally and across teams, coaching teams to drive outcomes. Knowledge of agile ways of working and modern software development practices TASKS: Manage work streams for build of client core to deliver high quality digital experiences on time. Establish, track project deliverables and help mitigate obstacles in executing a work plan for project activities, sprints or phases. Lead and manage sprint planning and task management. Monitor project activities, document agreements, communicate to project stakeholders, and escalate issues on a timely basis. Establish deadlines and monitor the progress of the project, following up with relevant stakeholders.
