Design and implement custom solutions in Salesforce Service
Cloud, including creating workflows, automation, and custom applications to
meet business requirements.

Develop and maintain Lightning components, custom objects,
fields, and triggers to enhance Service Cloud functionality.

Configure and manage Service Cloud features like
Omni-Channel, Knowledge Base, Case Management, and Live Agent.

Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external
systems, utilizing REST/SOAP APIs to enable seamless data flow and consistency
across systems.

Implement data migration strategies as needed to ensure data
integrity and continuity.

Customize Salesforce objects, page layouts, and process
flows to support streamlined service operations.

Utilize declarative tools and, when necessary, create custom
code to address specific business requirements.

Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce Service
Cloud applications.

Identify and resolve issues that affect user experience and
operational efficiency.

Document system configurations, changes, and development
efforts.

Provide training and support to Service Cloud users, helping
them understand and use the platform effectively.

Work closely with customer service, IT, and other
stakeholders to gather requirements and provide input on solution design.

Partner with QA teams to create and execute test plans,
ensuring quality and stability of delivered solutions.

Proven experienceas a Salesforce Developer, with specific
expertise in Service Cloud.

Hands-on experience with Service Cloud features, including
Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, and Live Agent.

Experience with Lightning components and development, Apex,
Visualforce, and SOQL.

Proficiency in Salesforce customization, including flows,
process builder, and declarative tools.

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, REST/SOAP
APIs, and integration best practices.

Solid programming skills in Apex, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and
relevant web technologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work
independently or as part of a team.
