Please find the job description below and let me know if you are interested: Role: Workforce Dimensions Techno Functional Consultant Location: Washington D.C Key Skills: Completed UKG Pro WFM Certification and UKG Boomi Certification Minimum 8+ years industry experience in working with Workforce Dimensions. Leads all aspects of workforce management configurations, implementations, modifications including gathering and defining requirements, gap analysis, design, development and support. Should interact and gather requirements from business. Strong configuration knowledge on various Kronos modules like Workforce Timekeeper, Accruals, Attendance, and Leave. Possess in depth experience in Interface Development and making a list of interfaces which are feasible to be implemented into dimensions. Developing and testing the configurations in Pro WFM / Dimensions. Experience on creating reports using BIRT reporting tool. Must have experience in Dell Boomi Components, Connectors, Application Source Qualifier, Mapping Designer and Transformations Experience in creating data views. Knowledge on creating Cross reference tables. Provides thought leadership to develop new or improved processes, methodologies, systems, tools and or services to enhance clients operating environment based on practical experience, optimal outcomes and best practices Excellent written and verbal communicator, able to tailor communication types and styles to audience.
