The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Qlik Sense architecture, deployment, and administration, with a strong background in data visualization and BI platform management. The Qlik Sense Administrator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data availability, optimize performance, and support business intelligence solutions that drive informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Qlik Sense Administration: Oversee and manage Qlik Sense server environments, including installations, upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting. Monitor system health, usage, and performance; implement improvements and optimizations for stability and efficiency. Configure, deploy, and maintain Qlik Sense applications and data models across various environments (development, testing, production). Manage user access, security rules, and permissions to ensure data confidentiality and integrity. Perform backup and disaster recovery planning for Qlik Sense environments. Performance Optimization: Analyze and tune system performance, including load balancing, caching, and data refresh strategies to ensure optimal user experience. Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks, server crashes, and other technical issues in a timely manner. Data and Application Management: Coordinate with data engineering and business intelligence teams to ensure data integration and support data refresh schedules. Manage data connections, extract-transform-load (ETL) scripts, and data reloads in Qlik Sense to ensure data availability. Develop and enforce best practices for application design, security, and performance optimization. User Support and Training: Provide technical support to end-users and developers in troubleshooting issues and optimizing their dashboards and reports. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to help users and stakeholders effectively use Qlik Sense for data analysis and reporting. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and end-users to understand requirements and provide data-driven insights. Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to align Qlik Sense solutions with organizational policies and standards.
