| USC/GC/GCEAD/H4EAD Java Production Support leader This is a hybrid role and candidates will be required to travel to client office located in Reston, VA at least once a month. Candidates must be located in VA, N.VA, MD, DC, PA or NC MUST HAVE CURRENT JAVA PRODUCTION/APPLICATION SUPPORT EXPERIENCE Searching for a Production Support leader - with a strong background in providing Java application support for large organizations. Job Description: Performs complex analysis, design, development, automated unit and integration testing, and debugging of computer software ranging from operating system architecture integration and software design to selection of computer systems, language, and/or equipment. Designs, codes, tests, develops, and documents application programs for computer systems. Works with end-users and project stakeholders to define system scope and objectives. Manages modifications to and maintenance of operational programs and procedures. Leads stakeholder and product owner meetings to define software requirements and creates highly complex systems. Will serve as a mentor to junior team engineers. Required Skills: 5+ years actively Providing Java Production support Candidate must have deep knowledge/experience in using various requirements analysis techniques such as: Minimum of 5 years in extensive hands on experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Angular, JSP, JDBC, Hibernate, JMX, JMS, Log4J, AJAX, JSF. Wide breadth of knowledge across many Java Open-Source technologies including Ant, Struts, Spring Boot, XML parser technology, SOA based infrastructure, jUnit and HTTPUnit.
