| From: John Moses, NorthITE [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Business Systems Analyst (BSA) JD Edwards 9.2 Locations: Minnesota, MN Duration: Long Term Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Analyze, design, and implement JD Edwards (JDE) EnterpriseOne 9.2 solutions to meet business requirements across various functional areas such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution. Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications for system improvements or new implementations. Collaborate with developers, system architects, and other team members to deliver enhancements and new functionalities in JDE 9.2. Support JD Edwards 9.2 modules including Financials, Procurement, Inventory Management, Sales Order Management, and other key functions. Perform gap analysis between current system capabilities and business needs, recommending best practices and JDE functionality where appropriate. Participate in JDE 9.2 system upgrades, patches, and testing processes, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption to business operations. Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and cases to ensure that the solutions meet business and functional requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to JD Edwards 9.2, providing timely support to end-users. Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to ensure the effective adoption of system functionalities by business users. Work closely with IT teams and other stakeholders to integrate JDE 9.2 with other systems and platforms. Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards and participate in change management processes. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2. Strong understanding of JDE 9.2 modules such as Financials, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales Order Management, and Inventory Management. Proven ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Hands-on experience with JDE 9.2 upgrades, implementations, and customizations. Knowledge of JD Edwards Toolset and Oracle database management systems. Experience with SQL and reporting tools (such as BI Publisher, One View Reporting, etc.). Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in JDE 9.2. Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbalable to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
