Should interact and gather requirements from business. Client facing and full end to end project, requirements gathering, design, build, test and deploy. The ideal candidate should be client facing, SME in UKG Telestaff. Strong configuration knowledge on various Kronos modules like Workforce Timekeeper, Accruals, Attendance, and Leave. Configure / develop / run reports in Telestaff as per business requirements. Expertise in Workforce Scheduling Technology. Developing and testing the configurations in dimensions.
