The process consultant will work alongside a team of process engineers to analyze and document current state processes across the technology infrastructure enterprise. The goal is to identify areas of optimization in a fragmented environment, have visibility across dependencies, and capture a backlog of quick-win process improvement opportunities. Qualifications: Lean Six Sigma Green or Black belt is required Strong process mapping experience Experience leading IT/IT Infrastructure process improvement initiatives such as; ITSM, Server provisioning, Technology Lifecycle management, security & compliance, etc. Experience with security and compliance is strongly preferred, as it is a top priority for 2025. Self-starter that requires minimal direction Adaptable as priorities change frequently Ability to roll up sleeves and be a hands-on contributor.
