Job Title: SAP OTC Lead Location: Chicago, IL (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Key Responsibilities: 7+ years of experience in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) with a focus on Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. Strong experience with SAP SD configuration, including order management, pricing, shipping, delivery, billing, credit management, and accounts receivable. Solid understanding of integration points with other SAP modules (MM, FI/CO, etc.). Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus. Strong understanding of the full OTC cycle, including order management, pricing, logistics execution, billing, and accounts receivable. Experience in working with global teams and understanding of multi-country, multi-currency, and multi-legal entity scenarios. Ability to assess and improve existing OTC processes to align with business needs and best practices.
