We are seeking an experienced **Change Management Specialist** to join our Client and support in driving impactful change initiatives. Job Responsibilities: Monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives, identify risks, and make recommendations to achieve expected outcomes. Conduct research. Help develop, deliver, monitor, analyze, and report survey results and recommendations. Conduct gap analysis and risk assessments. Create/provide input on reports and presentations. Draft communications. Monitor schedule and coordinate meetings. Assist with training; developing materials, facilitation, and follow-up Provide support to project team and key stakeholders. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication of goals and objectives. Assist in analyzing current processes and procedures to identify areas of improvement.
