The will be supporting all categories but must have some experience with itimates/apparel. Working 4-5 days a week. Must be willing to come onsite. Will not work the week of Thanksgiving, the week of Christmas, or the week of New Years. Looking for resources that have participated or owned their own fittings, can write up fit comments & pattern correction, have centric training, excel/illustrator/Flex PLM etc. As discussed, it is critical that all applicants include details on the specific product types they have worked on not just the name of the brand. Also, include an example of detailed fit comments & tech pack. We are targeting to interview a max of 4 people for any given position. The plan is to get the majority of interviews scheduled by end of week for next week appx 72 interviews. Description: Individual contributor position responsible for executing the technical design process from development to final fit. Responsible for analyzing and evaluating garments to develop the correct fit specifications. Ensures that products are developed in a manner consistent with established fit quality, standards, manufacturer capabilities and cost specifications. Develops technical specifications and communicates fit to vendors/factories for approvals and corrections. Makes appropriate adjustments with factories as required to ensure integrity of design approved prototypes while monitoring quality and targeted price. Typically reports to Technical Services Manager. Typically directs Assistant or Associate Technical Designers. Bachelor's degree in Fashion, or equivalent experience. Seniors 7 + years experience in technical design with intimates/apparel Flexible, problem solver, supportive, maintain composure in a stressful situation Technical Design own the fit & comfort of the product, work very closely with design to ensure design intent is met while following our fit, comfort & quality standards Regards!!
