Here is Job Description for your reference- Position: Java Developer Location: Somerset NJ Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced J2EE/Jakarta EE Developer with a strong background in Java-based enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both J2EE and the latest Jakarta EE standards, coupled with hands-on experience in core Java technologies, cloud, microservices, and database design. Must-Have Skills: 8+ years of experience in Object-Oriented Design, development, and implementation of client-server business applications using Java & J2EE/Jakarta EE Technologies. 6+ years of expertise in Core Java and frameworks like Spring/Spring Boot; strong skills in JMS, JUnit, Design Patterns, and REST/SOAP web services. 3+ years of working experience with Microservices architecture and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins (CI/CD), and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or similar). 4+ years of experience in Java Application Servers such as Apache Tomcat and JBoss. 4+ years of experience in database design, data modeling, stored procedures, functions, and triggers within relational databases like MySQL and Oracle. Proficient in Design Patterns and a thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Prior experience working in Agile development environments. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to create detailed documentation as part of deliverables. Good-to-Have Skills: Familiarity with additional Java Frameworks: EJB, JSF, Struts, Servlets, and JSP. UI Framework experience with ReactJS, Angular, NodeJS, jQuery, and MVC. Good knowledge of web security standards (e.g., OWASP best practices). Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement high-performance business applications using Jakarta EE/J2EE and Java technologies.
