Overall, 5-9 yrs experience. Should have deep expertise in Dynamic Skills, Talent Profile, Goal and Performance management, Succession Planning & Talent Review Meeting. Must have worked on at least 1 or 2 Oracle Cloud HCM projects in a techno-functional role. Must have Expertise in Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis and Requirements documentation. Must have experience in fast formulas specific to define eligibility profile around talent & Learning management. Prepare functional design and work with Offshore team in Implementing and testing.
