Proficiency with Salesforce Report Builder, Salesforce Dashboard, and Lightning Components. Familiarity with Salesforce's data model, including custom objects, fields, and relationships. Design, create, and optimize custom reports and dashboards within Salesforce using both standard and custom objects. Develop and maintain real-time and historical reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Build custom visualizations and interactive dashboards for various business teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.).
