We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team and help us streamline our development processes, enhance our cloud infrastructure, and ensure the seamless integration of our D365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. Key Responsibilities: D365 CE Management: Implement, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions to enhance functionality and user experience. Infrastructure as Code: Utilize Terraform to provision and manage cloud infrastructure efficiently, ensuring scalability and reliability. Scripting: Develop and maintain shell scripts for automation of deployment, monitoring, and other operational tasks. CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (repos, pipelines, artifacts) and Jenkins to support continuous integration and delivery. Cloud Services: Manage Azure resources including Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Container Apps, and Azure Key Vaults, ensuring optimal performance and security. Identity Management: Implement and manage Entra ID for secure identity and access management within cloud environments. Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and IT teams to enhance processes, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions effectively. Monitoring & Reporting: Set up monitoring solutions to track system performance and reliability, and provide regular reports to stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role, particularly with D365 Customer Engagement. Strong expertise in Terraform for infrastructure as code. Proficient in shell scripting for automation tasks. Extensive experience with Azure DevOps tools (repos, pipelines, artifacts) and Jenkins. Familiarity with Azure services including Virtual Machines, AKS, Azure Container Apps, Key Vaults, and Entra ID. Solid understanding of DevOps methodologies and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with container orchestration and microservices architecture. Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
