Proven track record of successfully managing complex logistics operations and technical support teams. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training needs. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members have the resources to succeed. Oversee the entire logistics process ,receiving and inventory management to distribution and returns. Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping. Develop long-term plans for logistics and technical support operations Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications Experience with AR/VR hardware or technology. Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks. Project management experience. Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of AR hardware to internal teams and external partners. Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping Experience with AR/VR hardware or technology. Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks. Oversee the provision of technical support to users of AR hardware and software. Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and efficiency of operations. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
