Locals preferred with UKG experience must. 8 plus years as a BA with product owner experience is the perfect candidate In this role, the ideal candidate will: - Have experience with the UKG WFM platforms (WFC & PRO) (required) - Understand / have practiced the Agile delivery Methodology (required) - Used JIRA and Confluence to document stories, features / requirements (required) - Has great written and Oral communication skills - Is comfortable working the grey and a fast-paced environment. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: - Analyzes complex cross functional business processes and defines integrated requirements. - Facilitates the design of integrated solutions (process, technical & organizational). - Ensures the end-to-end solution is proven to deliver the required business results. - Drives adoption of the designed processes and solution use with stakeholders. - Communicates with business SMEs to ensure expectations are kept in line with project status. - Drives the definition, testing, training, and implementation of functional requirements. - Upon implementation, drives & supports the knowledge transfer to Global Production Support. - Develop, monitor and track plans to create the BA deliverables on an assigned project. - Creates/revises/executes the following deliverables using industry standard techniques as applicable, including but not limited to: Responsibilities: Analyze cross-functional business processes and define integrated requirements. Design end-to-end solutions across business, technical, and organizational domains. Facilitate stakeholder communication to align expectations with project progress. TOSCA automated testing and manual UAT for PRO (UKG WFM). Create/revise key deliverables like process maps, data flow diagrams, and functional specifications. Ensure the solutions meet business objectives, quality standards, and provide ROI. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in business analysis. Expertise with TOSCA testing and manual UAT for PRO (UKG WFM). Experience in project management (without being a PM). Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Thanks & Regards...
